At our academy, we aim to train skilled sushi chefs who can delight customers and earn a living, no matter the setting-whether it’s a high-end restaurant, overseas, or any other unique environment. Recently, ready-made products like gari (pickled ginger) and oboro (shredded fish) have become more common, and many places no longer make them from scratch.
However, at high-end restaurants that insist on homemade ingredients, or overseas where ready-made products are hard to find, we make sure to provide thorough training so you won’t face any difficulties.
